Deven Tasgaonkar, CEO

Deven loves working with data, and cherishes every ah-ha moment that comes along when slicing numbers. BI is a natural passion for him. Before starting Navion, Deven worked with Capital One, building broad experience in IT and Finance. Before that, he was a co-founder at DesignTech Systems - a stint that forged early ideas of the excitement and realities of a start-up - under the tutelage of Vikas . Deven holds a Masters degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Gordon Zheng, President

Gordon loves the notion of simplicity, and champions it in all aspects of our solutions. Before starting Navion, Gordon held several high-level positions in Data Analysis and Risk Management while working at Capital One. He holds a BS degree in Communication Engineering from East China Science and Technology University, Shanghai.

Vikas Khanvelkar, Director

Vikas is Managing Director of DesignTech Systems Ltd. , a leader in sales of technology software and services. Before starting DesignTech, Vikas was Vice President of Sales at HCL-HP India. We are proud to have him on our Board guiding our business, product, and sales strategy.
